2. Website use

You're welcome to use vaultero.shop for lawful, personal shopping. In return, we ask that you don't misuse the site, try to disrupt how it runs, or copy and reuse its content without our permission.

3. Products

●      We sell curated portable generators and power equipment, distributed by us from selected suppliers.

●      Minor variations in packaging or specification between manufacturer batches are a natural feature of generator production rather than a defect, and any known variation is noted on the relevant product pages.

●      We describe every product as accurately as we can; photos are for illustration, and slight variation from the image is possible between individual packs or print runs.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, and a contract is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email — not at the moment you complete checkout. Every order depends on stock being available; if something you've ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll let you know and refund that item in full.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£), and the amount shown at checkout is the final amount — free UK delivery included, with no hidden extras. We take care to keep prices accurate, but if an honest pricing error is spotted before your order ships, we may cancel it and refund you in full rather than dispatch it at the wrong price.

6. Payment

7. Shipping

We deliver free of charge within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days for UK mainland, and 4–10 business days for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK Islands. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

8. Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label, and your refund will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the item back.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms takes away from your statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the price paid for the product concerned.
